Oh Christmas Tree.......Oh No!!

so technically this is the second holdiay that mike and i have spent together, but our first official holiday as future mr & mrs. it's so exciting start new traditions of our own and incorporating traditions that we grew up with. the tree was trimmed, the stocking were hung and the house looked so festive.....until bailey got bored!

normally i can sleep through anything. thunderstorms, phones ringing, tv's blaring, you name it. there's only one thing that keeps me up.....bailey!! early last week, i was sleeping and all of a sudden heard some crunching noises. i thought "that's probably bailey chewing on her bone." then i remembered, i didn't give bailey a bone!! so i jumped out of bed, ran to the living room and guess what i saw?! a chewed up blanket, a chewed up ornament, and a very bored dog!! my new ornament was chewed up to pieces. i was so mad! i yelled at her and made her get in her bed for time out. of course when mike got home i told him that we had such an undisciplined dog, all she wants to do is tear up my stuff, she never listens, blah, blah, blah. he yelled at her and told her not to do it again.....yeah right!

the next day i get woken up by a "clinking" sound. at first, i was like "don't know what that is. i'm going back to bed." but the clinking didn't spot!! so i got out of bed, creeped to the living room and guess what i found?! you guessed it....bailey chewing on another ornament!! ugh!! i kicked her out of the house and didn't let her come back in until mike got home. i complained about bailey as mike lectured her again and thankfully that was the end of the ornament chewing. now my christmas tree's branches are still as lovely as ever!!
