hello everyone!! i'm so excited to be part of the blogging world! my friend lb and i thought that it would be fun, so i took the plunge!! i love talking so i figured this would be a good way to express all my silly thoughts. i hope i keep everyone entertained :-) i guess i'll start off with the highlight of my weekend.........twilight.
everyone knows that i love twilight. that i'd become a vampire in a second to be with edward (sorry honey). i've read all the books. i went to the book party, so naturally i went to see the movie. i worked all night on thursday and stayed up on friday to see the first showing of twilight. unlike some of my friends, i didn't read any reviews and tried to see as few previews as possible.....well i should've read the reviews. i was really disappointed in the movie :-( i know they say that the book is always better than the movie, but i really thought it would be different this time. even though they stayed true to the book, the acting was terrible!! robert pattinson wasn't the edward i pictured in my head. and to make matters worse, my favorite part where edward shows that his skin shines like a diamond looked more like he was covered in body glitter!!! ugh!! they should've at least made him take off his shirt instead of just unbuttoning it! oh well. i still love edward and i still love the books. hope everyone had a great weekend!
